Well, I guess the world has not ended. I guess we can all take a breath and sigh in relief.
I received a phone call from my big brother who said to me “what is your next one big thing?” He went on to say, “I have seen your blog last night. He said how many times and different ways can you say the same thing?”
He is right.
How many times can you write it, make video blogs about it, and right books on it? Sometime you just need to put it out there. Crohn’s, Colitis, IBS, and many other diseases are caused by stress. Get over it.
Find something that teaches how to deal with stress and practice in your life. That will become the beginning of your cure.
Now I can spend time doing my next big thing. Well big brother is it time to shape up? I know you are listening!
