The Path of Least Resistance
Thought is an electric impulse that travels down a pathway. This electric thought impulse travels on the pathway of least resistance. If the pathway carries a thought impulse like “how do I feel?” and it goes down the path of least resistance, and the end of the path it says “I’m sick,” it is time to change the path that your impulse is traveling.
Yes, it’s not easy at first but every time you force that electric thought impulse down a new path, with a new message, it becomes easier and easier. It becomes the path with the least resistance and at the end of the “how do I feel” path it says “I am wonderful and I feel great and I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings”. Try it.
