  1. Hi Bob,
I very recently discovered your blog and am really glad I have. I have Crohns and generally feel pretty healthy so I am certainly thankful for that. I am taking pentasa a low level anti inflamatory and the main problem right now is that my C-Reactive protein numbers are slowly creaping upward. My doctor has suggested that I take an immune suppresant and I am not wanting to do that. I have taken up a daily and sometime twice daily mediataion practice and really love it, it feels extremely healing to me. Then I came upon your blog and have thourghly enjoyed reading your inspiring posts. Thank you for sharing your story!
I have a question for you.
Will you recommend some books on meditation and also on creating what you want in life that you have read and like? Being new to meditation I am interested in reading more about it and also like your approach to positive thinking and believe in that too. Very curious to hear about some of your favorites. Thanks so much! Ryan

  2. I stumbled across your site and though I have no experience in chrohns, I am still healing my body of some pelvic issues. And your outlook and view sounds like exactly what I’m looking for! I so need somebody else that believes the mind will be your answer! Belief is the answer, I think…so anyway, just looking for any positive encouragement I can find. I’ve already been healed of SO much, but still am struggling with something, so I am interested to learn more about your story and views. Thanks

  3. Hi Bob

I am a 28 year old Crohn’s patient from Israel. Ive been very sick for the past few months and it seems like convetional medicine wont help me. I’ve been in touch with Crohn’s boy and have tried to implement his protocols, but I have found my self to be weak and lacking the mental strenth to follow the protocols. Do you have any suggestions for me as I am losing hope.

  4. Hello Bob,
I am 22 years old and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease about 2 years ago. I have been meditating and going to acupuncture and can’t stand to go to a GI or any other doctor for that matter, because it seems like they always have something negative to tell me. I am at ends with everyone around me because of this. They don’t think I am helping myself at all. But I truly believe I can heal my body through meditation. Do you have any advice to help me stay strong when everyone seems to be against me?
